Q1. What is your payment term?
T/T,30% deposit before producing,70% balance before delivering.
Q2. Do you do OEM service? Can you make our LOGO?
Yes,we accept OEM order and can laser customer's LOGO on the products.
Q3. Do you make sample for customer? Will you charge it or not?
According to our policy, customers need pay for them.If an order is placed, the sample charge will be deducted from the cost of the order. Normally, we will prepare the Samples in 1-5 days then deliver the sample products via international express,such as DHL,FedEx,UPS.
Q4. What about the delivery time?
7-30 days after receiving the 30% deposit.
Q5. How is your production management and quality control system?
All of our product processes follow ISO9001: Revenue Quality Inspection, Process Quality Inspection, Final Product Quality Inspection. Strict implementation of the ISO9001 guarantee to provide customers with error-free products. During the visit, we will show you at our seminar.
